Return/Refund Policy Instructions

We are well aware that purchasing a desired watch is not just a transaction, but also an expectation. That is why angelawatch is committed to providing every customer with a reassuring and reliable shopping experience.
From quality inspection to packaging and shipping, we strive for excellence to ensure that if you encounter any problems after receiving the goods, we will do our best to handle them properly and protect your rights.


Return Instruction

You can apply for a return in the following situations.

  • The received product does not match the quality control pictures.
  • The product has obvious functional faults or patent defects upon receipt.
  • If you are not satisfied or do not like the product after receiving it (please ensure that the product has not been used and is in good condition).

If you need to return the package, please contact us within 3 days after the package is signed for. You need to provide product photos and videos of functional issues as reference.
To ensure smooth returns, please try to keep the protector of the watch intact and avoid wearing it. If you decide to return the package, please contact us first.
We have detailed guidance on the return process to ensure that the package can be safely returned to the maximum extent possible.


Refund Instructions

We understand the concerns of every customer and are always willing to handle refund requests as flexibly as possible. Refunds can be applied for in the following situations:

  • Before the order is shipped: You can cancel the order at any time and apply for a full refund.
  • Pay $50 to view QC: If you have paid $50 to view QC but cannot find a satisfactory style, we will fully refund the fee.
  • Product out of stock: If the style you ordered is temporarily out of stock and you are unwilling to wait or replace it with another product, we will process a refund for you.
  • Customs detention: If the package is detained by customs through our recommended transportation method, you can choose to refund or resend it according to the negotiation result, and we will protect your rights to the greatest extent possible.


Please note: After we confirm the refund request, we will arrange the refund for you as soon as possible. We suggest that you provide your PayPal account or BTC/USDT address so that we can efficiently process refunds.
